Foreign Currency (FCY) / Local Currency(LCY) Deposits

Purposes of Loan :

• Business Purpose ( Industry and Trade)
• Housing / Hire Purchase
• Education / Professional
• Personal / Consumption
  

Loan Amount : 90 percent of the face value of security

Repayment :

• In the case of Loan against NSB, DB, FD and FCY/LCY Deposits, the loan can be repaid at the time of maturity or security or in convenient installments, as appraised and agreed to at the time of approval.
• In the case of loan against Guarantees, repayment should be in monthly installments or revolving, borrow, repay or reborrow and repayment must complete within the expiry date of such guarantee.
  

Other Features :

• No Loan processing fee.
• No charge on part pre-payment.
• The borrower must be at least 21 years of age and the loan must be terminable before you reach the age of 60 years.
• The loan is available to those practicing in urban area with minimum 2 years professional experience.
