E-comm Transaction Activation for Cards

Dear Customer,

You can enable online payment service on your Debit/Credit/Dollar Card for E-commerce transactions.

For this, please write back to us mentioning your Card Number and Personal Details (from your official email address registered with the account) at customercare@mbl.com.np

Steps of E-comm Transaction Activation for Cards:-

  • Please write us an e-mail at customercare@mbl.com.np mentioning your Card Number and Personal Details (full name, account number, registered contact number, mail ID) from your official email address registered with the account .
  • Our Customer Care staffs shall acknowledge your request and will forward for the further validation.
  • After validation, your request for online access shall be activated.
  • Once activated, one of our representative shall inform you via. email and phone call.
