- Duly filled account opening form of Customer and KYC of guardian of minor.
- Proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate issued by Govt. Bodies / passport/minor identity card) of minor.
- Citizenship Certificate/ Valid Passport and/or any valid identification card issued by Government of Nepal of guardian (who is account operator)
- National Identity Card (Deferral- as per the approval of bank)
- Two recent PP size photographs of the minor and guardian.
- Documents and information required for opening and operating account shall be as per specified in Procedural Manual Operation of bank and other related guidelines/ NRB from time to time.
