MBL FCY Saving Account is a specialized foreign currency savings account designed for customers earning in foreign currency and seeking to earn interest on their FCY deposits. The account is offered in compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) guidelines and directives related to foreign currency accounts.

Minimum Balance Requirement: USD 10 or convertible FCY equivalent to USD 10

50% waiver on re-issuance/replacement fee of prepaid dollar card (including lost or damaged cards)

Account opening available through the web portal.
*Charges are free for the first year only. Charges as per Standard Tariff of Charges shall be levied from second year onwards
Required Documents
Duly filled account opening form and KYC form along with identification documents as per Bank policy
Valid Passport and Visa
Two recent passport-size photographs of the account holder
In case of nominee inclusion, identification documents of the nominee (Citizenship Certificate / Valid Passport) along with passport-size photograph
Additional documents and information as required under the Bank’s Procedural Manual, operational guidelines, and NRB directives from time to time
