E-comm Transaction Activation for Cards

Dear Customer,

You can enable online payment service on your Debit/Credit/Dollar Card for E-commerce transactions. 
For this, please write back to us mentioning your Card Number and Personal Details at customercare@mbl.com.np 

Steps of E-comm Transaction Activation for Cards:-

  1. Please write us an e-mail at customercare@mbl.com.np
  2. Our Customer Care staffs shall call you in your registered mobile number within 24 hours to validate your request
  3. After validation, your request for online access shall be activated
  4. If you do not receive a call, we shall drop you a message citing 'Please contact our branch'. After that, you are requested to visit our nearest branch along with a written request for activation of e-commerce transaction.
