MBL Information Technology Loan
MBL Information Technology Loan is a specialized financing solution designed to support registered IT and software companies in Nepal. The product aims to facilitate growth of digital businesses by providing funding for working capital, technology infrastructure, product development, and export-oriented IT services. The loan supports innovation-driven companies engaged in software development, SaaS platforms, AI/ML solutions, cybersecurity services, and other technology-based services.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants include registered IT and software-related businesses operating in Nepal.

• Private Limited Companies
• Partnership Firms
• Sole Proprietorship firms
• Firms registered with government authorities
• Companies engaged in IT, software, SaaS, AI, ML, fintech, cybersecurity or digital services
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of operation
• Minimum sales of NPR 50 Lakh/-
• Valid PAN/VAT registration
• Profitable in last audited financial statement
Loan Limit
• Minimum Loan Amount: NPR 1,000,000/-
• Maximum Loan Amount: NPR 10,000,000/-
Loan limit shall be determined based on financial assessment, business requirement, and credit evaluation.
