Citizenship Certificate/ Valid Passport and/or any valid identification card issued by Government of Nepal of account holder

Two recent PP size photographs of the account holder
Duly filled KYC form along with supporting documents mentioned above if account operator is any other than account holder
If customer is willing to include nominee in the account, identification documents of Nominee (Citizenship Certificate /Valid Passport) along with PP size photograph of the Nominee
